- Candidates must upload their CNIC (front and back), Domicile/PRC, Form-D, recent photograph and educational documents, including marks sheet from the relevant Board and percentage, along with any other required certificate.
- Candidates should use only their original mobile number in the online application.
- The test date, venue and other updates for Serial Nos. 1 and 2 will be communicated through SMS and the NTS website/portal.
- Candidates for Serial Nos. 3 to 10 must submit the prescribed application form along with attested educational documents, CNIC, Domicile/PRC and two passport-size photographs.
- Applications for Serial Nos. 3 to 10 may be submitted by hand or through post/courier to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar, Judicial Complex, Mithi.
- A separate application form is required for each post if applying for more than one post.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Candidates already serving in government service who meet the eligibility criteria may apply through proper channel.
- Candidates with three years of experience in any Government department have an age limit of 21–30 years for Serial Nos. 1 and 2, and 20–30 years for Serial Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
- Up to five years relaxation over the prescribed age limit may be considered for selected candidates subject to approval of the Honourable Chief Justice of the High Court of Sindh.

- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
