Major Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing centralized collection operations and working toward collection targets and reduction in delinquency and NPLs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing collection operations across the country.
- Planning manpower, rosters and performance management.
- Reviewing collection reports, data and portfolio trends.
- Monitoring bucket-wise movements, vintage trends, promise-kept rates and flow rates.
- Improving calling strategies based on collection data.
- Ensuring tele-operations follow approved collection policies and code of conduct.
